Custom Design

Why did we do this costume:

              The only costume my wife agreed to. So in my ten years of building this is the only... one she agreed to hence special. Lisa did not want flashy or a intricate costume, just simple. Since we had a DC defacto Justice League is said let’s make you a random Green Lantern.

Build progress:

              Let’s ya work from bottom up. The boots and pants were on hand. I made custom spats for her boots out of green vinyl I had from Arrow. The jacket was a green and black Assassin Creed inspired jacket. I ordered a sure fit size but being short says short arms. I had to take up the arms a little and then sew all the decorative items back on. I applied a Green Lantern logo to the chest. The gloves were Green Lantern gloves from the movie and the ring was from the Darkest Night set. I did have a gimmick installed to have green led in the cuffs and around the hood.

After thoughts:

  I have to say I did not do much at building of this costume but take credit for the full design since the character was random.
